SHIPPING POLICY
I will start producing your order with great love on the date of your order. Handmade ceramics Preparation time up to 4 weeks, if the product is in stock it will be sent to you immediately. The product will be shipped in fast delivery within Israel. Delivery time is usually between 2-5 business days, delivery abroad will be given between 14-25 business days. Self-collection from Tel Aviv is possible by prior arrangement.
Want to send as a gift? I would be happy to attach a greeting card and send to the address you would like the shipment to arrive. Please write the address and greeting in the "Seller Comments" when placing your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to me. The product can be returned or replaced on condition that it has not been used at all and is in its original packaging and in good condition *. Refund - within 5 business days of receipt (excluding shipping) after sending the product back to the seller. Custom products are not interchangeable or returnable unless damaged. Replacement - if in stock, it will be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Delivery or return of the product is the responsibility of the returning customer. No refund of shipping fee will be given
